THE CLOSING DATE FOR GRANT APPLICATIONS TO BE REVIEWED AT THIS MEETING IS

30 January 2025 - 10:00 AM


We accept applications via email only.
Completed Applications must be received no later than
10.00 am on the closing date.


Please try to submit your application at the earliest opportunity to allow us to process it. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Late applications will automatically be moved to the next quarterly Trustee Board Meeting.

Our Grant Application Form

  • Please complete the form fully, including date and signature sections and attach the required documents in support of your application. We will not be able to proceed with your grant application if questions are only partially answered ,  if the project description is incomplete or if the required documents are not included.


  • Please limit your application form to a total of 10 pages to support our review process.


  • Please attach the latest sets of audited accounts, including balance sheet, to your application along with any documents supporting the estimated cost of the project (such as contractors quotes and reports). Please note that the accounts MUST relate directly to the applicant.


  • In addition to the above, you may also attach appeal leaflets and project literature in support of your application.


  • Please email your completed application form and supporting documentation to us at admin@candgtrust.org.uk . All applications must be made by email only.



Please note that we will not be able to process your application if the required support documents have not been provided to us.


We will acknowledge initial receipt of your application via email and inform you as to whether it was successful or not within 5 working days following each quarterly review meeting.
